Spyware or Adware တို႔ေၾကာင့္ ဖိုင္ေတြဖ်က္လုိ႔မရတာႀကံဳဖူးၾကမွာပါ။ဖိုင္ကိုေရြးၿပီး ဖ်က္တုိင္းမွာ ေအာက္ပါ Message Box ေလးေတြကိုေတြ႔ရမွာေပါ့။

အထက္ပါ Message ကိုျမင္လုိက္ၿပီဆိုတာႏွင့္ စာဖတ္သူမည္သို႔ေျဖရွင္းရမည္ကို ေခါင္းပူေနမွာပါ။ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္းလုိက္လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။အခုနည္းကေတာ့ Windows XP မွာ Manual ေျဖရွင္းနည္းကိုေရးသားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္
1. Click on Start, Search, All Files and Folders ကိုေရြးပါ။
2. ဖ်က္လို႔မရတဲ့ ဖိုင္အမည္ကို တိက်စြာ ရုိက္ထည့္ပါ။
3. Look In box မွာ မွန္ကန္တဲ့ (ရွာလိုတဲ့) Drive Letter Name ကိုေရြးပါ။
4. ကြန္ပ်ဳတာကိုရွာခိုင္းဖို႔အတြက္ Search ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။
5. ဖိုင္၏ တည္ရွိရာေနရာကိုေတြ႔ရင္ အဲဒီဖုိင္ေပၚမွာ right-click ႏွိပ္ Properties ကိုေရြးပါ။ ဖိုင္၏တည္ေနရာကို မွတ္ထားပါ။ ဥပမာ c:\windows\system32\undeleteablefilesname.exe.
6. Search box ကုိပိတ္ပါ။ [ မွတ္ခ်က္ - အဆင့္ ၇ ကိုေက်ာ္လုပ္ႏုိင္ပါသည္။ ]
7. Start, Run ကို၀င္ပါ CMD ရုိက္ Enter ေခါက္ပါ။( OpenCommand Prompt window)
8. ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ Programs ေတြအားလံုးကို ပိတ္ပါ။
9. ေနာက္တစ္ႀကိမ္ Start, Run ကို၀င္ပါ CMD ရုိက္ Enter ေခါက္၀င္ပါ။ TASKMGR.EXE ကိုရုိက္ပါ Enter ေခါက္ပါ။
10. Process tab မွာ Process Named Explorer.exe ကိုေရြးပါ End Process ကိုေရြးပါ။
11. Task Manager Box ကို ျမင္ကြင္းမွာခဏေဖ်ာက္ထားဖို႔ရန္ Minimize လုပ္ထားေပးပါ။
12. Command Prompt Windows ကိုျပန္သြားၿပီး ဖုိင္တည္ရွိရာ Directory ကိုအေျပာင္းအလဲလုပ္ဖို႔ရန္္
အတြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ပံုကို ေအာက္တြင္ ၾကည့္ပါ။
Windows\System32 directory သို႔သြားရန္ cd\windows\system32 ကိုရုိက္ Enter ေခါက္ပါ။
မွတ္ခ်က္ - DEL Command ကိုသံုးၿပီးေတာ့ DEL where ဖ်က္လိုတဲ့ဖိုင္ရွိရာလမ္းေၾကာင္း။
ဥပမာ : del undeletabel.exe
15. Alt+Tab ကိုေရြးၿပီးေတာ့ ခုနက minimize လုပ္ထားတဲ့ Task Manager ကိုျပန္ဖြင့္ပါ။
16. Task Manager Windows ကိုေရာက္လွ်င္ File Menu --- New Task --- EXPLORER.EXE ကိုရုိက္ၿပီး Windows Shell ကိုျပန္လည္အလုပ္လုပ္ဖို႔ရန္စတင္ပါ။
17. Task Manager ကိုပိတ္ပါ။
အဆင္ေျပပါေစ။
